Orange Coneflower
Rudbeckia fulgida var. fulgida, commonly known as Orange Coneflower or Eastern Coneflower, is a hardy perennial featuring bright yellow, daisy-like flowers with dark brown to black central cones, blooming from mid-summer to early fall. Thriving in full sun and well-drained soil, this variety is ideal for borders, wildflower gardens, and pollinator gardens. The vibrant, long-lasting blooms attract bees, butterflies, and other beneficial pollinators, adding a cheerful and lively touch to any landscape. Known for its tolerance to heat, humidity, and drought, Orange Coneflower is also resistant to deer, making it a reliable choice for low-maintenance gardens.
