Culver's Root
Veronicastrum virginicum, commonly known as Culver's Root, is a tall, upright perennial with whorled green leaves and spikes of white to pale pink or lavender flowers that bloom from mid-summer to early fall. Thriving in full sun to partial shade and moist, well-drained soil, this native variety is perfect for borders, meadows, and naturalized areas. Culver's Root provides height, texture, and attracts bees, butterflies, and other pollinators.
